Information we receive

When you submit an inquiry, Ember Lotus receives the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred date, location, type of experience, and the details in your message.

When you participate in invited listening research, Ember Lotus receives the responses you choose to share about the music and its story, along with an optional first name and a response code that connects the two stages of the exercise.

When you request private listening access, the website records the request, its approval status, the expiration of any personal access link, and when that link opens the listening room. Shared access links are not used to add you to a marketing list.

The site’s hosting and form-delivery providers may also process routine technical information—such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs—to operate and protect their services.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive information about page views, pathway selections, media starts, contact and inquiry intent, referring pages, approximate location, browser or device characteristics, and whether an inquiry was successfully submitted. Inquiry-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to:

• Respond to your questions and availability request.
• Understand the event, experience, or service you are seeking.
• Prepare recommendations, proposals, and next steps.
• Prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of the website.
• Maintain reasonable business and communication records.

Private listening responses are used to understand which movements resonate, how listeners experience the complete work, whether its narrative context changes that experience, and how the project may be introduced at release.

Ember Lotus does not sell or rent inquiry information and does not add it to marketing lists without your permission.

Service providers & retention

Inquiry submissions and private listening responses are validated by the Ember Lotus website and delivered to the Ember Lotus contact inbox through Resend. Its handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Inquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process routine security signals such as IP address, browser or device information, and interaction data for that purpose. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.

Ember Lotus may retain the resulting inquiry and research emails, together with listening-room request and access records, for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer private access, evaluate the release, and maintain appropriate records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

Optional website measurement is provided by Google Analytics. Google’s handling of Analytics information is described in its data safeguards information. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled on this website.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry or listening-research information Ember Lotus holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing info@emberlotusstudio.com. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, or business recordkeeping.

Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, government identification, or other confidential information in the inquiry form.

Analytics is off until you opt in. You may allow, decline, or change that choice at any time using the control below.

Reasonable care is used when handling inquiry information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website is intended for adults arranging services. It is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.
