02Can you prepare a song that is not already in the repertoire?
Yes. Signature includes one newly prepared custom song and Premium Feature includes two. Additional requests can be scoped in the proposal when timing and arrangement needs are clear.
03Does the listed performance time include setup?
No. Arrival, setup, soundcheck, and breakdown do not reduce the listed performance time.
04Can the performance coordinate with a planner, DJ, or production team?
Yes. Timeline coordination is included in Signature, while larger collaborations and produced brand formats are scoped around the full creative and technical team.
05Do you travel outside New York?
Yes. Ember Lotus is based in New York City and available worldwide. Travel, production, and peak-date requirements are quoted separately.
